Getting carpet installed well starts before an installer ever picks up a knife. An accurate measure has to account for room shape, stairs, doorways, and how a roll of carpet is best cut to avoid waste and visible joins. These are details that are easy to get wrong without training. In most cases, old carpet and underlay need to be removed first so the subfloor can be checked and properly prepared. Our team handles removal and disposal as part of the job, and we’ll assess your existing floor during the free measure visit.

Do you install carpet on stairs?

Yes. Stairs take more time and a different technique than flat rooms, so we account for them as part of your quote. The exact detail depends on the number of steps and landings.
